Welcome to Simada Green Guest House – the place where coziness meets tranquility in the heart of the beautiful town of Varshets. Since its opening in 2019, our house has become a favorite vacation spot for many travelers looking for relaxation in nature and a comfortable environment.

In the house, we can welcome up to 16 guests in one double room, 2 spacious triple rooms and 2 cozy quadruple rooms. Each room is furnished with a large double bedroom (160 cm), the triple rooms have a small sofa for one more person, and in the quadruple rooms the second bed is a sofa bed for two.

The common spaces are created for pleasant moments together – an indoor kitchen and dining room, an outdoor covered kitchenette with tables and chairs, a TV, a barbecue and even a pizza oven. The landscaped yard is the perfect place for morning coffee, evening conversations or just to enjoy the silence and fresh air.

Our house is located just a few steps from the main pedestrian promenade that leads to the center, and the most beloved sights of Varshets are within a few minutes walk. In addition, our guests can also benefit from the proximity of the hotel pools, open to external visitors.
